When I started my business, I did not have a plan. I started my business with 3K (no loans) and jumped in head first. I experienced some amazing initial successes by being able to go full time AND hire a part time employee within six months. However, because I had not built a foundation for my business, I was spending tons of money running the business and not seeing any profit from my thousands of dollars of sales each month. I was exhausted, working 7 days a week and 15/16 hour days with barely any days off. My business was growing fast but the numbers didn't make sense. I was on the verge of a mental and physical breakdown.
Fortunately for me, my partner in life (and now in business) came to my rescue. He was my business coach without actually being hired to be. The things I was able to learn and understand with someone else's experience and knowledge in business was unbelievable. As I began to understand business concepts - profit and profit margin, target market and target audience, competitive advantage, product value, supply and demand, marketplace environment, marketing and sales - my business began to shape into a scalable and profitable brand. I had to throw away all that I thought my business was to rebuild into what my business is now.

HERE'S HOW I REBUILT
Using the SWOT Analysis I evaluated my business state. From my business resources - strengths and weaknesses - to my business market environment - opportunities and threats. I had to access whether or not my business was a viable business for the short term as well as long term. I had to lay a new foundation.
Business Profit Goal
I assessed the financial health of my business - what profit I wanted to make from my business and how many sales were needed monthly to cover business expenses, personal expenses and profit goal. I evaluated EVERY cost associated with operating my business which lead to a shift in product pricing + offering.
Product + Customer
I evaluated the THREE LEVELS of my products (core value, actual product, enhanced product) to determine what problem I was solving. I had to identify the value of my product and the benefit it provided for my customers. This allowed me to identify my target audience and message.
Marketing + Sales System
I designed a Sales Funnel for my business that is a step by step roadmap of how my marketing and sales systems works together to get my ideal customers to discover my products and purchase. I identified what marketing mix was good for my business and what sales tactics to put in place to increase conversions.

This consult is tailored to your business, to assess your business ideas, determine the cost, the set-up and how to get your products/services to reach your ideal client through a marketing and sales plan that is custom created for you. If I have multiple businesses can they all be a part of this Start-Up Consult?
Although we can discuss various business ideas on a consult call this Start-up Consult will focus on your primary business and its viability and strategic plan. If we determine that your original idea is not viable, we will select the best viable business idea from the ones you present to move forward with.
What's the cost of the Start-Up Consult?
Your first 15 minutes are FREE! If we move forward with a consult, it is $497 for a 90 minute consult. This consultation will be a well planned step by step strategy consult for your business.
Is there anything that I need to have done before my discovery call?
You will answer a few questions before you book the call which you will see once you select "book a discover call". After that, if we move forward with a Start-Up Consult, you will receive a client questionnaire. Nothing else needs to be done prior to a discovery call.
How long will I have access to you as a business coach?
Once the 90 min consult is complete, you will have weekly check-ins via email for the first 30 days. After that, you will have email access indefinitely as well as additional hourly consults that can be booked at the client rate.
What happens after I purchase The Start-Up Consult?
You will receive a confirmation email (immediately) and your onboarding package within 24 business hours. You will review the package and complete an onboarding questionnaire. Once submitted you will schedule your consult call where I will walk you through creating and implementing the Start-Up Consult. I will do weekly follow-ups for the next 30 days. following the consult call.

I'm the owner of SaRatta Speaks and more commonly known for my jewelry line expressions bracelets. I've been an entrepreneur for over 10 years and launched my most successful business (to date) expressions bracelets in January of 2012.
My jewelry line is available in over 150 boutiques world wide, on Etsy, Amazon Handmade, and Shop Essence. My most successful site is my own eCommerce site which I built and grew over the last 9 years. When I started my business I had NO IDEA what I was doing but I was willing to put in the work. Within 6 months of launching on Etsy, expressions bracelets was doing well enough for me to get off of unemployment (another story for another day) + hire my first part time employee.
By December of 2016 I hit my first $10K month on Etsy. From November 16 - December 16, 2016 my revenue was $11, 555.81 with 351 orders during that time period. I quickly realized that I wanted to duplicate that month on my own eCommerce site. A website that had primarily sat dormant for almost 4 years was driven to life as my primary source of business income by the summer of 2017.
