I’m SaRatta Murphy—speaker, business coach, content creator, and the founder of SaRatta Speaks, where I help women shift from small business survival to entrepreneurial success. A proud Dallas native now living on the East Coast, I hold a degree in Marketing and an MBA, and I’ve spent the last 20+ years educating, inspiring, and empowering audiences across the country.

My journey began in front of the camera as a national spokesmodel, which led to roles in corporate training, marketing, and brand management with powerhouse companies like Verizon Wireless and Miller Coors. From there, I hit the road as a speaker and trainer with Monster.com’s Making It Count program, presenting in over 40 states to more than a million people—from high school students to NASA engineers.

In addition to my speaking and training career, I’ve also owned and operated both product-based and service-based businesses for several years, giving me firsthand insight into the highs, lows, and mindset shifts required to build and grow sustainably. That real-world experience fuels my coaching today.

Over the years, I’ve taught and trained on everything from entrepreneurship, branding, and financial literacy to career development and marketing. Whether in a packed auditorium or over coffee with a coaching client, I show up with the same mission: to help women build bold, sustainable businesses with confidence and clarity.

Through SaRatta Speaks, I now coach women entrepreneurs to own their brilliance, shift their mindset, and build an empire—one intentional step at a time. I believe in straight talk, strategic growth, and celebrating every small win along the way.
